12. WellStat MD Cancellation & No-Show Policy

WellStat MD applies different cancellation and no-show fees depending on your visit type. Fees may be charged at the clinic's discretion and may be waived for emergencies or other circumstances.

Virtual Medical Visits

• Canceled 12 or more hours before the appointment: No fee
• Canceled less than 12 hours before the appointment: May be charged a $25 late cancellation fee
• No-show / missed virtual appointment: May be charged a $50 no-show fee

In-Person Medical Visits

• Canceled 24 or more hours before the appointment: No fee
• Canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment: May be charged a $50 late cancellation fee
• No-show / missed office appointment: May be charged a $75 no-show fee
